sleek-lagoon provides climate-controlled storage facilities for winter sports equipment, outdoor adventure gear, and related items. We offer various storage solutions tailored to different equipment types.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for our services and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for ensuring that all equipment stored with us is clean, in good condition, and free from hazardous materials. We reserve the right to refuse storage of items that pose safety or health risks.

Payment for storage services is due according to the billing cycle you selected during registration. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
You will receive secure access credentials to our facilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We recommend that you maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your stored equipment. Our liability is limited as specified in your service agreement.
Either party may terminate the storage agreement with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for removing all equipment by the termination date. Equipment left after termination may be subject to additional charges or disposal.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia.
